Terms of Service

Welcome to LightFrame Studios. By accessing our website or using our facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Studio Booking and Usage

When booking our studio facilities:

• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable
• You are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities during your session
• Studio time is calculated from the start of your booked session, including setup time

2. Equipment Rental

• All equipment must be inspected before and after use
• Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment
• Equipment must be returned at the scheduled time to avoid additional charges
• Late returns may incur fees of 50% of the hourly rate per hour

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Outstanding balances must be settled before future bookings

4. Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to content created in our facilities
• We may request permission to use your content for promotional purposes
• We are not responsible for backing up your project files
• Files left on our systems for more than 30 days may be deleted

5. Conduct and Safety

All clients and visitors must:

• Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not engage in illegal activities on our premises
• Keep noise levels reasonable and considerate

6. Liability and Insurance

• LightFrame Studios is not liable for loss or damage to personal property
• We maintain insurance for our equipment and facilities
• Clients are responsible for their own equipment and materials
• We are not liable for project delays or technical issues beyond our control

7. Workshop and Event Registration

• Workshop fees are non-refundable once the event begins
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient enrollment
• Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may not receive full instruction
• Materials and equipment are provided unless otherwise specified

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LightFrame Studios and protected by copyright laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zamboanga City.
